Business and policy headlines describe very different stages of a process. An announced financing, a completed transaction, a proposed law and an enacted law should not read as the same kind of event. This track follows those changes without turning a news brief into an investment recommendation. Start with who made the decision, what stage it reached and the jurisdiction or business affected. Use the original filing or announcement to examine the terms.

02
Scope
Which company, market or jurisdiction is affected? Keep separate decisions in different regions separate.
03
Terms
Distinguish an offer size from completed proceeds, and a valuation from cash raised. Check the primary document.
